Please store the cake in the fridge if not eating immediately and remove it from the fridge 60-90 minutes before eating. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days using clingfilm to cover any exposed cake to help keep your slices as fresh as possible. To freeze: slice into portions, wrap in greaseproof paper/cling film and place in a container or wrap with foil and eat within 3 months.
